Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • The Girls line does not accept returns or refunds for used or opened Product, however if the product
    is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only
    if the product was purchased from our website.
  • For hot tools and accessories, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased
    from our website only.
  • All we ask is that you try our products and if the product is damaged, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we’ll refund you. The product & packaging must be in new condition.
  • If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restock able condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges.
  • All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you’ll receive
    your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.
  • Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.
